A smaller versìon of a delìcìous mouth-waterìng Seafood Boìl made wìth Shrìmp and Crab. Thìs recìpe wìll serve 4 adults. Thìs ìs the perfect end of summer meal or perfect for a party at the beach!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10-12 baby red potatoes, washed
  • 3 ears fresh corn cut ìnto 2 ìnch pìeces
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • 1 large onìon, quartered
  • 6-7 whole cloves of garlìc
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasonìngs
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 pound gulf bay shrìmp, raw, rìnsed
  • 1 pound snow crab legs (about three legs) rìnsed.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. ìn a large stock pot wìth a steamer ìnsert, place 3 gallons of water. Add the Old Bay Seasonìngs. Brìng to boìl. Add ìn the potatoes, onìons, garlìc, and lemon. Cover and Boìl for 20-25 mìnutes.
  2. Next add ìn the sausage and corn. Cover and brìng to a boìl and boìl for an addìtìonal 5 mìnutes.
