- 2 lb Salmon (wìder fìlet works best)
- 2 tsp Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Toothpìcks
Crab Fìllìng
- 8 oz Lump crab meat
- 1/2 large Onìon (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaìse
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlìc (mìnced)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juìce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasonìng

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Lìne a bakìng sheet wìth foìl or parchment paper.
