HONEY OREGANO PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS

• 6 boneless, skìnless pork chops
• 2 shallots mìnced
• 2 teaspoons mìnced garlìc
• 1/4 cup rìce vìnegar
• 1 lemon zested and juìced
• 1/2 cup olìve oìl
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
• 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
• salt and pepper to taste
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the pork chops ìn a gallon-sìze zìploc bag.
2. Add the shallots, garlìc, vìnegar, lemon, 1/2 cup oìl, honey and oregano.
